Jacob Davis DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CLS
Jacob Davis was one of the first Nurse practitioners in the nation to be awarded the diplomate status with the Accreditation Council for Clinical Lipidology (ACCL). He has worked under Dr. Grant Craig for the past 6 years and has developed a passion for managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and lipid disorders. Outside of family time, Davis enjoys reading, attending concerts, traveling, and horseback riding.
Dr. Mandeep Singh, MD
Medical Director – Texoma Dialysis Center
Dr. Mandeep Singh is a board-certified nephrologist and Medical Director at Texoma Dialysis Center. He earned his medical degree from Government Medical College, Amritsar, India, completed his Internal Medicine Residency at SUNY Stony Brook, New York, and pursued Nephrology Fellowship training at Methodist Medical Center Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Singh specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease, hypertension, and dialysis care. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients achieve the best possible kidney health outcomes.
